Trading

We are traders at heart, in orientation and in deeds. We love finding things our customers need and trading them at prices suitable for both.
Trading is the foundation of Tokologo and in our view entails give and take, mutually beneficial and long term partnerships. 

Warehousing and logistics

We have developed and maintain relationships with some of the leading global providers. This enables us to in turn pass this capability onto our customers. Because our partners are globally networked, so have we too become globally networked. And in turn so are our customers.

Trade financing 

A key strength of our model is our ability to deploy our own capital. This means we are able to control a key part of the value chain  i.e ownership of the commodity. In addition to financing our own transactions, we are also in a good position to finance other.

Investments

We are also an asset based company and prioritise the development and maintenance of a very solid and sustainable balance sheet. Among key strategies we employ in this regard include the acquisition of our own assets. We have set our sights on owning own wash plants, ROM production mines and plants.

Machinery and equipment

This too is an essential part of trading. We need our own equipment, leased or owned, to control one of the key factors in trading i.e time. Together with our community investment partners, we are able to deploy substantial quantities of machinery and equipment. Going forward, we intend to grow our number substantially.
